My excuses for not doing Life groups were: too early in the morning, too far away, dont know those other guys very well and it could be awkward. Not real comfortable talking about my faith with other people. This would be out of my comfort zone and I LIKE my comfort zone. I recognized if I want to grow in my faith and fill my need for REAL connection with people that share my beliefs I need to join this group and give it a try. It surpassed what I had hoped and helped me realize how similar our life struggles are. Having a group of Christian men to talk to about my problems and being vulnerable enough to allow them to help me AND for me to try and help others with something they may be going through was/is priceless. The hardest part about the Life Group was making the decision to sign up for it. The rest was easy and life changing.

I got involved with your church thru Chuck & Leslie Anderson and Kevin & Amy Gurley. I have my home church, but i came to a couple of your Kingdomology Series and enjoyed it! Chuck invited me to the HeBrews Men's Life Group and that is what changed things for me. Through this group God started changing the way I perceived myself and how I effect others as well as how they effect me. God used the men in this group to help me to start a journey to create change in my church and community. I am blessed to know the few I've meet from WOL and hope to continue our relationship. I pray blessings over your ministry and your members.
