Prayer Liturgies

When you don't know what to pray, say your prayers
Prayer liturgy represents a set of responsive prayers that enable the individual or collective community of persons to participate in the sacred through activities reflecting praise, thanksgiving, remembrance, supplication or repentance in the form of prayers.

The following prayer liturgies are a collection of prayers that have been passed down from our earliest Christian heritage by the early church fathers and saints throughout our collective history as the church.  Even when we ourselves are in a place of doubt, despair, hopelessness, fear or brokenness, these prayers are wise, full of faith, and very much alive. Even when you don't know what to pray, say your prayers!

We invite you to adopt these morning and evening liturgies into your personal prayer time along with praying in the Spirit.
