Good Friday 2026

@ Word of Life Ministry

Good Friday invites us to slow down and stand in the presence of the cross.

On this sacred night, we gather for a reflective and worshipful service shaped by Scripture, song, a brief message, Communion, and intentional moments of silence and prayer. Together, we remember the suffering, love, and self-giving faithfulness of Jesus.

Through worship, we give voice to lament and trust. Through Scripture, we listen again to the story that forms us. Through a short message, we reflect on the meaning of the cross not only as an event in history, but as the revelation of God’s love poured out for the life of the world.

At the center of our gathering is Communion. We come to the table aware of our need, receiving bread and cup as signs of grace, forgiveness, and belonging. This is not a table for the perfected, but for the honest and the hungry.

The service will include space for quiet reflection, allowing the weight of Good Friday to be felt without rushing ahead. This is a night to bring grief, questions, weariness, and hope, trusting that God meets us in the midst of it all.

We gather at the cross knowing resurrection is coming, but honoring this holy moment where love is revealed through sacrifice.

All are welcome.
